Hiring Loborer/Equipment Operator at Chappell Construction, Sterling
We are hiring multiple full-time Equipment Operators & Construction Laborers for on-site positions. As an industry leader with a strong, established reputation, we are known for delivering exceptional retaining wall solutions and outstanding customer service. With years of experience, we take pride in our commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism on every project.
Laborer Responsibilities:
Perform construction tasks as assigned
Follow the Foreman’s instructions accurately
Learn quickly and work efficiently
Collaborate with team members and adhere to safety protocols
Assist with material handling, site cleanup, and general labor duties
Equipment Operator Responsibilities:
Operate excavators, loaders, dozers and all other related equipment
Follow OSHA regulations and safety procedures
RI & MA Operator Certifications preferred – company will assist the right candidate to obtain if needed
Assist with job site preparation, grading, and additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Must have reliable transportation
Travel is required
Strong work ethic with a proven work history
Ability to work well within a team environment
Willingness to work overtime as needed
