Experience the difference at SSBH!Responsibilities:RBT Training: On-the-job training and shadowing to become a Registered Behavior Technician.Office Tasks: Laminating, creating therapy materials, organizing, and sanitizing the clinic and materials room.Covering Sessions: Subbing for Behavior Technicians as neededBreak Coverage: Assist by covering breaks for Behavior Technicians.Session Support: Provide support during ABA sessions when needed.Documentation: Complete logs documenting parent contacts and tasks.Team Meetings: Participate in regular staff meetings.Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other duties assigned by administrative staff.Benefits:Free supervision for those pursuing BCBA/BCaBARBT Certification ReimbursementHealth insurance401k with company contributions after one yearAccrued Paid Sick TimeStructured Career Ladder and Outlined RaisesRequirements:Willingness to become a Behavior Technician if needed by the company.Open availability Monday-Friday, 7:45 am – 7:15 pm.Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem solving skills.Reliable transportation to work locations.Ability to pass a criminal background check.Adherence to the RBT Ethics Code and maintaining HIPAA compliance.Obtain RBT certification by the specified deadline. Training is provided by the company and parts of it will need to be completed on your own unpaid time.Knowledge of Google applications.Knowledge of Canva (preferred).Ability to sit/stand at a desk for extended periods.High school diploma or GED equivalent (some college preferred).18 years or older.Pay Range: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour.Schedule and Promotion Information:Shifts: Monday-Friday, 7:45 am – 1:30 pm or 1:30 pm – 7:15 pm.We are seeking applicants who can work either shift. Open availability is a requirement of employment.If promoted to a Behavior Technician position, you will be scheduled for 34-40 hours per week, and the pay range will increase to $18.00 – $27.00 per hour.
