In this in-person role, you will coordinate and administer ketamine and esketamine treatments, ensuring a supportive, safe, and positive experience for every client. As a trusted point of contact, you will enhance the patient journey before, during, and after treatments, working closely with MDs, NPs, PAs, LICSWs/LMHCs, and medical assistants to deliver exceptional care.Schedule:Part-time, two 8-hour day shifts per week. Tuesdays and Fridays, for 8 hours within the 8:00am-6:00pm timeframe.Key Responsibilities:Administer esketamine and ketamine treatments, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.Collaborate with the medical team to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each clients needs.Establish and maintain therapeutic rapport with clients, fostering trust, empathy, and open communication.Monitor clients closely during treatments, managing any adverse reactions and assessing medication responses.Educate and support clients and their families regarding treatment processes, potential side effects, and expected outcomes.Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless, comprehensive care delivery.Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR), documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and medication administration.Provide guidance and support to medical assistants and other clinical staff.Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing clinical education within Lumin Health.Qualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in MassachusettsExperience in psychiatric nursing strongly preferredExperience with ketamine and esketamine treatments is a plus but not requiredBLS Certification (required)Strong documentation and clinical decision-making skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary teamCompassionate, patient-centered approach with strong communication skillsBenefits:Competitive annual salary: $36,000-42,000 (based on experience)401(k) with matching contributionsOpportunities for professional development in an innovative mental health environmentSet schedule with a high level of predictability.
