We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders in children from infancy through adolescence. The ideal candidate will work closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that support children in achieving their communication and functional goals.Key Responsibilities:-Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding/swallowing disorders in pediatric patients.-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.-Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, language development, social communication, and oral motor skills.-Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to support a childs progress in therapy.-Educate families on techniques and exercises to reinforce therapy goals at home.-Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document evaluations and therapy sessions.-Stay updated on the latest research, tools, and best practices in pediatric speech therapy.
