We are seeking a part-time, per-diem or contract Physician Assistant for a remote position to provide exceptional patient care via tele-health. The successful candidate will have a passion for improving patient outcomes through a collaborative approach to care.Responsibilities:Conduct virtual consultations with patients and provide primary care services and behavioral health including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses for patients of all ages.Order and interpret diagnostic tests.Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.Document all patient interactions, including progress notes, medication changes, and treatment plans, in the electronic medical record system.Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and medication compliance.Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to healthcare and telemedicine.Requirements:Active and unrestricted California Physician Assistant license.Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.Minimum of 2 years of experience in family medicine, primary care, internal medicine, or urgent care settings.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong computer skills and ability to work with electronic medical record systems.Benefits:Collaborating physician provided Competitive compensationFlexible schedule.Malpractice coverage.
