Responsibilities & DutiesManage incoming service calls/emails/chatsDispatch & schedule techsSupport techs with tools needed to service clientsMaintain Service Fusion log (create and follow up on jobs)Parts follow-ups & researchCreate & edit T&M contractsCreate estimates & document change orders for quoted workService agreements and renewals reportingCreate & maintain systems for warranty registrations and call logsMaintain & order office suppliesRenew vehicle tags and contractor/business licensesHR tracking including new hire paperwork, track vacation time, payrollClean shop (trash/floors)Other tasks such as filing, answering phones, etcQualifications and Skills – Minimum 2 years experience in dispatching / call centers – Knowledgeable in tech – Able to type at a minimum of 30wpm – Plumbing industry knowledge and experience preferred but not required – Prior Office Management experience a plus – Proficiency in MS Excel and WordFull time Competitive Salary DOE Health/Dental/Vision Benefits available
