As a PRN clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with athletes of all ages and skill levels, providing high-quality care while contributing to a collaborative and innovative treatment environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each athletes recovery and performance goals.Utilize evidence-based rehabilitation techniques to restore function, enhance mobility, and prevent future injuries.Work closely with athletes, coaches, trainers, and fellow clinicians to develop integrated recovery and performance strategies.Implement cutting-edge technologies and progressive treatment methods to optimize outcomes.Educate athletes on injury prevention, movement efficiency, and long-term performance strategies.Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Adapt treatment approaches based on ongoing athlete progress and performance demands.What Were Looking ForDoctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)Active Texas PT license in good standingExperience in sports rehabilitation and performance-based therapy preferredStrong understanding of biomechanics, movement analysis, and return-to-sport protocolsAbility to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt treatment plans based on athlete needsA passion for collaborative, athlete-centered careCPR certification
