Niagara Pharmaceuticals, LLC is a North American company specializing in the development, manufacturing and distribution of eye health and safety products.  Niagara Pharmaceuticals LLC is a family-oriented company starting a new manufacturing facility in Cherokee County.  Niagara Pharmaceuticals is looking for motivated and qualified individuals who are interested in joining the company right from the start at our new facility in Cowpens, SC.

Potential employment opportunities exist for:

Production Supervisor

Job Duties: 

• Plans and prepares Production Schedules in conjunction with General Manager for manufacturing products based on orders
• Supervise all aspects of operation, productions and employees to ensure all regulatory guidelines are met and are consistent with established protocols
• Coordinates staff according to production requirements and designates appropriate staffing for maximum production and efficiency.  
• Communicate with QA personnel on issues relating to SOP and ensuring all products meet required QA standards
• Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
• Prepare production reports for General Manager
• Train employees in work methods and procedures, meeting Health and Safety requirements as well as SOP requirements
• Responsible for batch making process

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Supervisor/Lead Role
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation and Hours:

• Shift Hours: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
• Climate Controlled Work Environment
• Wage Rage: $23-$28 per hour
