DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Offer exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by promptly and accurately taking care of customer inquiries. First level education on product applications Technical and mechanical aptitude to help troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns to minimize product return and maintain customer satisfaction Process returns from customer and return product to manufacturer with noted defects. Follow up with accounting and finance to ensure product inventory accurate and credits issued to appropriate parties. Maintain log of products sent back to manufacturer, process RMA, and bring noted concerns to resolution Ability to ship products with proper protocols based on manufacturer requirements and ability to track delivery status; working knowledge of shipping procedures and software QUALIFICATIONS: Education High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Experience Basic understanding of or ability to be trained to work with programs such as Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), an ERP system, and other web and software-based products. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Technical background and knowledge of HVAC/R tools strongly preferred. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
