Bald Eagle Coaching LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to lead B2B sales efforts focused on staffing solutions, leadership development, and workforce development services. This is a commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position with potential for transition to a permanent role based on performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strategic business relationships, promoting our services, and driving market engagement to support our companys expansion.Key Responsibilities Develop and manage B2B relationships with businesses seeking staffing, workforce, and leadership development solutions. Identify and engage key decision-makers (HR professionals, business owners, executives) in target industries. Generate leads and close sales by presenting our staffing, leadership, and workforce development services. Promote brand awareness through networking, cold outreach, social media, and industry events. Support business launch efforts by driving early adoption and partnership opportunities. Conduct client consultations to assess staffing and workforce needs, offering tailored solutions. Monitor and report sales performance, tracking lead conversion and revenue growth. Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and improve market positioning.Qualifications & Skills Proven B2B sales experience in staffing, HR services, leadership development, or workforce solutions preferred. Strong relationship-building and business development skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently. Experience in cold calling, networking, and consultative selling. Ability to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth. Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, email marketing, and sales automation tools.
