We are expanding our focus on commercial lighting and are looking for a sales professional with strong industry connections to help us grow in this sector.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales by identifying and developing relationships with commercial architects, designers, contractors, and lighting firms. The role is fully remote and offers a strong commission structure, with a base salary available if needed. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the CEO and help shape sales strategies, marketing materials, and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop relationships with commercial architects, lighting designers, contractors, and real estate developers.
  • Sell our high-end commercial solutions, emphasizing our ability to produce statement-making designs at reasonable prices.
  • Work closely with the CEO to develop sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and seek out new business opportunities in commercial construction.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in commercial lighting sales, commercial construction sales, custom furniture sales, or a related field.
  • Established network and strong relationships with decision-makers in architecture, interior design, commercial real estate, or construction.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and is comfortable building a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical skills.
  • Experience in lighting, furniture, or architectural products is a strong plus.

Compensation:

  • High commission potential
  • Ability to work either fully on commission or hybrid commission + base salary depending on your preferences.
