As a Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and promoting sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in healthcare, research, and related industries. Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, educating them on Sustainablis IoT solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to tailor product demonstrations and proposals to client needs. Collaborate with sales partners to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.Provide market feedback to inform product and strategy improvements. Requirements: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, universities, and commercial research entitites (eg. chem-pharma)Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot). Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup environment. Passion for sustainability and technology-driven solutions. Compensation: Base salary: $1,500 – $3,000 per month (commensurate with experience). Commission: Competitive percentage-based commission on closed deals, with accelerators for exceeding targets.
