Were seeking a Seasonal Onboarding Assistant to support our TeacherLists School District Engagement Team. This is a full-time, temporary position running from April to August, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the EdTech space, customer success, or account management. If you’re seeking a flexible, short-term role, this position is a great opportunity to dive in!Key Responsibilities:Assist with the onboarding of new districts & schools to TeacherListsCreate new admin accounts for schools and districts and collaborate with the SDE team, following up with district/school staff as necessaryEnsure supply lists are posted correctly and assist with updates as needed for SDE districtsGenerate iframes and communicate embed codes to school staffAssist with EdTech partner school set up as neededReview district and school data for accuracy and necessary updatesMonitor district links and iframes to track list postings and engagementMaintain & update HubSpot records as neededProvide additional support to drive school and district engagementIdeal Candidate:Detail-Oriented & OrganizedStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational skillsAble to track tasks, manage multiple priorities, and ensure follow-throughStrong Communicator & Customer-FocusedComfortable proactively reaching out to district and school staffExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCommitted to providing an outstanding customer experience for internal and external stakeholdersTech-Savvy & Quick LearnerComfortable working with various systems and tools (bonus points for experience with HubSpot)Able to adapt quickly and learn new platforms efficientlySelf-Motivated & ProactiveA team player with a strong sense of initiativeactively looks for ways to contributeTakes ownership of responsibilities and suggests solutions as appropriateWhy Join Us?This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking a flexible, seasonal role that allows you to make a meaningful impact in the education sector.
