We have a passionate management team and committed investors who believe in our patented technology and overall mission to profoundly advance biomedical research and accelerate the discovery of life-saving treatments.Responsibilities:Lead the development and optimization of assays and consumables for the Pyxa suite, ensuring high-performance across various biological tissues, from fresh frozen to formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded samples.Design, execute and oversee assay protocol development and guard banding studies, developing QC methods and specifications, verify and validate the Stellaromics reagents and kits products, writing up technical documentation, and training of field scientists and operations personnel. Analyze and interpret spatial transcriptomics data, immune-staining data, and H&E staining to inform product optimization.Lead complex technical troubleshooting efforts related to assay development. Conduct required investigation and root cause analysis. Highlight technical issues and proactively deliver solutions. Communicate and collaborate effectively with both industrial and academic stakeholders to provide cutting-edge solutions.Provide technical guidance to junior team members on better understanding experimental design, execution of test plans and interpretation of data. fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Collaborate closely with internal marketing, technical teams, and external customers to gather insights and market feedback to drive product enhancements.Stay up to date with current scientific discoveries and technology to contribute to the continuous improvement of the reagents products.
