We are dedicated to helping our clients achievefinancial stability and peace of mind through our effective debt settlement program.Position: Outbound Phone SalesAs an Outbound Phone Representative at Coastal Debt Resolve, you will play a critical role in our client outreach and engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make high-volume outbound calls, identifying business owners in need of our debt settlement program. You will introduce them to our services, ask qualifying questions to determine if our program is a good fit for their needs, and then transfer them to our team of closers for a free consultation.Responsibilities: Make 600-1,000 outbound calls daily to potential clients. Engage potential clients and clearly explain the services offered by Coastal DebtResolve, emphasizing the benefits and solutions we provide. Follow and utilize our provided script along with rebuttals to ensure our program isright for the clients needs before handing them over to a closer. Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance targets for call volumeand transfers Utilize CRM tools to track call outcomes, schedule follow ups/ call backs and as wellas managing client data.Required Job Qualifications Ability to work ON-SITE (this is not a remote position) Sales Experience: At least 1 -2 year of experience in a phone sales or telemarketingrole Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clearand professional phone demeanor Call Volume Capacity: Ability to handle high call volumes, with a target of making1,000 calls daily. Goal Orientated: Strong motivation to achieve sales goals and earn commission Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using basic computer applications andsoftware Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage timeeffectively to meet daily call targetsPreferred Qualifications: Experience with using Five9 software Debt Settlement Knowledge: Familiarity with Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and the debt settlement space CRM Proficiency: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM)software to manage and track calls and sales activities like Salesforce Performance Metrics: History of consistently meeting/exceeding salestargets Compensation:Base Salary: $15.65 an hourCommission: $30-$60 each client that is qualified by you, no need for client to enroll to earn commission, if they do there is a bonus that can be up to $400!
