The Systems & Automation Support Specialist is responsible for providing advanced technical support to resolve complex issues escalated from the IT service center, as well as assisting in the management of the organization’s on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure. This role will also work to improve business process within ITS and across the College through the development and enhancement of automation scripts and procedures to streamline and improve efficiency.
