We are currently seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as Tow Truck Operators.Job SummaryAs a Tow Truck Operator, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional towing and roadside assistance to our customers. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate tow trucks to assist with vehicle recoveries, breakdowns, and relocations.Respond promptly to dispatch requests and communicate effectively with the dispatch team.Use straps to secure vehicles safely and ensure all equipment is properly secured.Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned tow truck.Take photos of vehicles at pickup and drop-off locations and upload them to our system.Ensure trucks are clean and fueled at the end of each shift.Call customers to confirm details before heading to the assigned call.RequirementsValid Drivers LicenseClean driving record (MVR will be reviewed).Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Physical ability to lift and secure vehicles.Strong communication and customer service skills.Familiarity with towing equipment and safety protocols is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 29 60 per weekBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceOpportunities for advancementPaid trainingVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift12 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftMorning shiftNight shiftOvernight shiftWork Location: In person
