Key Responsibilities:- Install custom trim, moldings, baseboards, and other carpentry elements in residential remodeling projects with precision and attention to detail.- Collaborate with designers and clients to ensure that the final product meets their expectations and design plans.- Measure, cut, and fit trim and millwork accurately to achieve a high-quality finish.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.Qualifications:- Proven experience as a trim carpenter with a strong background in custom trim work.- Proficient in using a variety of carpentry tools and techniques.- Detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship and delivering high-quality work.- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans accurately.
