UAT Manager with AEM experience. This is a Contract-to-hire position.Required Skills:1 7-10 years of experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) ideally within a commerce and/or content publishing environment.2 5-7 years of proven experience in leading and managing a team of testers. In order to be considered you must have management experience in mentorship and performance evaluations.3 Proven ability to manage and execute UAT processes within Agile and SAFe frameworks4 Agile certification one of the following PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist5 Experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing with a focus on accessibility, ensuring that digital products comply with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, ADA).6 Experience in software quality assurance, business analysis, and/or systems/application testing.7 Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is must.8 Understanding of JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, JS Frameworks, JSON.9 Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer relationship building skills. Nice-to-Have Experience:a Intermediate knowledge of integrations/interactions with other Adobe Experience Cloud products.b Experience with the Adobe Target testing and optimization tool.
