Your Role with Us:

  • Lead the development of the Urologic Oncology service line, becoming a key player in shaping its direction and growth in the community.
  • Provide expert care for patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings, with a focus on urologic oncology treatments.
  • Utilize robotic surgical assistance to perform complex urological surgeries, enhancing precision and improving outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement care protocols and treatment plans for urologic oncology patients.
  • Work with AI-assisted technologies integrated into our EPIC EMR to enhance patient care and streamline workflows.
  • Provide follow-up care to patients after surgeries, ensuring continuity and high-quality care throughout their treatment journey.
  • Participate in after-hours calls, inpatient rounds, and urgent urologic procedures as part of the on-call rotation.
  • Build a strong referral network, growing your practice while providing specialized care for the community.
  • Contribute to the development of patient education materials, clinical protocols, and policies related to urologic oncology.

  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Urology.
  • Unrestricted license to practice in Oregon.
  • DEA certificate.
  • Board Certification in Urology by the American Board of Urology (or eligibility to obtain certification within five years).
