Urban Nest Realty is hiring an Office Manager beginning immediately. The Office Manager is a key team
player, working directly for the owners and is responsible for office management, finance management and
meeting the general needs of our agents and clients.

Office Manager Description
The ideal candidate will be a highly resourceful team player who operates from our front desk. They are
positive by nature, industrious, and professional. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced
environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. The individual will
have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal
communication, as well as administrative and organizational skills. They will be tech savvy and possess the
ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. They must be able to give and receive
feedback, and maintain strict confidentiality.
Our top candidate will be able to complete 100% of the following task lists:
Office Manager Tasks
1) Track and process commission payments.
2) Process accounts payable and receivable.
3) Prepare financial reports and statements.
4) Assist CPA with quarterly, yearly, and other taxes.
5) Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, agent accounts & vendor accounts.
6) Assist with annual budgeting.
7) Answer the phone, manage mail and mailings, and greet visitors.
8) Run errands and perform supportive tasks as needed.
9) Manage new agent onboarding process.
10) Manage and maintain annual subscriptions.
11) Order office supplies and marketing materials.
12) Maintain order and cleanliness in the office.
Required
You have previous Quickbooks (or similar software), Microsoft office and Gsuite experience.
You are fun, professional, efficient, detail oriented, resourceful, timely and self-aware.
You have 3-5 years of bookkeeping and/or customer service experience.
You are a people person with the patience to work with many different personalities.
You have an Oregon’s driver’s license and a working car.
You are familiar with Portland Neighborhoods.
Compensation
$40k-45k depending on experience.
3 month probationary period after which a successful candidate can expect - two weeks earned vacation per
year, all major paid holidays and annual pay increase based on performance.
