Key Responsibilities:- Assist with various tasks on residential remodeling projects, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning job sites, and preparing work areas.- Support carpenters, electricians, and other skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.- Assist with demolition, material handling, and other labor-intensive duties.Qualifications:- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.- Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to safety.
