James is the founder of the niche based Job Board called which hosts over 200,000 keyword searchable jobs and maintains the highest AJR (Active Job Rating) in the Job Board industry.

Mr. Garcia brings over 20 years’ experience specifically in the diversity recruitment area. Before joining, Mr. Garcia was the National Sales Manager at a popular online diversity job board. He held the responsibility of team building, sales operations, and overall growth of the organization. Mr. Garcia was instrumental in developing the business from a startup organization to a multi-million dollar business. Mr. Garcia graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a BA in Psychology.

A Psychology major, started in the field of recruitment doing personnel screening such as interviews, testing, and recommendations, plus some administrative tasks, for a local group of companies. Moved into the field of English Language Teaching (ESL/EFL) and taught mainly academic reading and writing, in various settings, to mostly adult non-English speakers. Hobbies include poetry, journaling and reading.
