The Frogs Leap Direct to Consumer Sales Coordinator is a position based at our Rutherford winery and tasked with being the primary contact for all inbound wine club and client services communications, cultivating enduring customer relationships, and ensuring sales opportunities are thoughtfully developed and warmly shared with our customer base. Reporting to our Client Services Manager and working closely with Frogs Leap Direct to Consumer Team, the DTC Sales Coordinator brings exceptional hospitality and communication skills to deliver world-class service. This role is perfect for a creative, results-driven individual who thrives on finding meaningful and impactful ways to delight and reconnect with guests and members, inspiring them to make a purchase.This role is a vital member of our Direct-to-Consumer Team. In this role you will:Develop sales opportunities (expand on warm leads, referrals, corporate leads, etc.) based on client leads/preferences, past purchase patterns, exclusive offers, and seasonal campaignsCultivate long-standing client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and managing inquiries with prompt, thoughtful and personalized responsesClose sales opportunities via phone, email, chat and in person interactionsEnsure accurate and timely processing of sales orders in C7 and ShipCompliantSupport club billing processes and ensure timely execution of scheduled releases.Ensure daily shipping and fulfillment operations for all direct-to-consumer salesFollow-up on all leads, purchases and new enrollments in a timely manner. Generate effective ideas for special purchase programs that are impactful support member retention and sales growthExecute on established initiatives to reactivate membersMaintain CRM and reservation databases to ensure real-time accuracy and up-to-date recordsHost client events, including member and non-member experiences, special events, and interactive tasting programs, in alignment with brand messaging and standardsCollaborate with Tasting Room Team to ensure visitation value add arrangements that drive retention and salesSupport the planning, execution, and hosting of events to ensure seamless and memorable experiencesSupport shipping and inventory operations, including inventory transfers, shipment notifications, call tags, reroutes, and reshipments to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveriesWHATS IN IT FOR YOU:Work/ Life balance encouraged, so we offer up to 17 PTO days per calendar year (plus a birthday holiday!)Full Suite of Benefit Offerings: Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program/Additional FSA and Voluntary health plans. Frequent ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds. The ability to effectively stick wine and non-wine merchandise, set up and break down structures, tables, etc. and be able to utilize carts or other equipment to assist in moving heavy objects.  Regular computer work is required for this role.
