The ideal candidate thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere and brings energy, motivation, and a positive attitude to every session, even at 5:30am!Your Role as a Coach:Lead high-energy, engaging group workouts in a fun and positive environment.Build strong relationships with members, supporting them in achieving their fitness goals.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout space.Provide personalized attention and modifications to members of all fitness levels.Uphold the Fit Body Boot Camp philosophy of motivation, accountability, and community.Motivated to exceed expectations and go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional experience.Ready to put in the work, embracing challenges and giving their all every single day.Responsibilities include, but not limited to -Lead dynamic group workouts for 10-30 clients of varying fitness levels, confidently coaching both on and off the mic.Demonstrate and explain proper form with clarity, ensuring safety and effectiveness during exercises.Provide real-time corrections, cues, and modifications to meet individual client needs during sessions.Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and energy to support the teams vision and mission.Engage in team development trainings to grow your skills and stay at the forefront of fitness coaching.Opportunities available for additional roles, including leadership, for those interested in expanding their impact.Experience, skills and requirements:At least 1 year experience in Personal/Group TrainingNot Required but recommended 1 year of nutrition coaching experience(can help obtain) Training Certification like ACE, NASM, etc.(can help obtain) Current CPR certificationBring an unmatched level of enthusiasm & energy every dayJoin our team today and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients through effective personal training!Job Type: Part-timePay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 25 per weekBenefits:Continuing education creditsEmployee discountFlexible scheduleFree fitness classesOn-site gymOpportunities for advancementPaid sick timeProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceSchedule:-         Available:      Evening shift      Morning shiftExperience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Group fitness: 1 year (Preferred but not required)License/Certification:CPR Certification (Preferred)Ability to Commute:Morgan Hill, CA 95037Work Location: In person
