RESPONSIBILITIES: The main responsibilities of the position will be:Sales Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities for transformers within target markets, including energy, construction and industrial sectors.Client Relationship: Build and Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing support.Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of transformer products, specifications and applications to provide guidance to customersMarket Analysis: Monitor industry trends, Competitor offerings, and feedback from the customers.Sales presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailors to to customer needs. Collaboration: Works closely with production teams and engineers to ensure product specifications align with customer requirement’s.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and status.SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:The person should preferably have the following skills:Proven experience in sales (preferably in electrical or industrial products)Strong understanding with transformer productsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, manage sales leads and deadlinesStrong problem solving skillsWillingness to travel to meet with customers and attend trade show eventsLEVEL OF EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree- Preferred 3-5 Years experience in Sales (Preferably Transformers)Travel is REQUIRED- 50%Bilingual- Preferred Pay: $50,000-$60,000 a year
