We seek a strategic and data-driven Prospecting Manager to deploy campaigns, analyze performance data, implement A/B testing strategies, and make informed decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness. In this role, you will drive engagement and maximize fundraising and lead-generation efforts. You will report directly to the Vice President of Prospecting. A key part of this role is serving as the primary liaison between client teams and internal stakeholders and managing relationships with external vendors. To succeed in this role, you must establish clear communication channels and maintain efficient content workflows to keep campaigns running smoothly.Responsibilities:Lead the execution and optimization of email and text messaging prospecting campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI.Regularly report to the VP of Prospecting, analyzing key performance metrics and offering strategic recommendations.Oversee prospecting list management, collaborating with client teams to refine targeting strategies and improve acquisition efforts.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data insights to adjust messaging, timing, and segmentation.Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and calls to action for increased conversion rates.Manage vendor relationships, ensuring seamless content delivery and efficient campaign execution.Work with internal teams to develop and refine email and texting content when needed.Requirements:Bachelors degree is preferredHTML experience is a plusSimple and direct communication skills including written and verbal, for both internal and external teamsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailPolitical experience is helpful, but not requiredDeadline-driven mindset and willingness to work flexible hours during the political cycleEnthusiasm to work at a fast-paced and growing companyBenefits:401(k), Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Medical Insurance
